7 I have a problem with installing the driver
Remove all other drivers and extract the above to a directory. Then restart your computer with the printer connected and powered on. You will get the 'found new hardware' message. Opt to install manually, then 'don't specify I will select' (in both cases this should be the bottom option). When prompted select 'have disk' and browse to the directory you created earlier. This will now install the printer and stop any "found new hardware" messages you may be getting. If you requier further help with this installation I would advise calling the number below.
